What is Digital Skyline Studios' stand on spamming?

We have a strict policy against spamming! Users who spam via E-mail, newsgroups, etc. are not allowed on our web servers. We define "spamming" as the distribution of unsolicited e-mail to other users or user groups that did not specifically ask for the information. It doesn't matter if you use our mail servers to spam or if your hire a company to send those mailings for you. After the first complaint from other users, you will receive a warning and immediate suspension. If we receive more complaints your site will be removed and your account will be canceled. This is a zero toleration policy! Spamming is not allowed with any Digital Skyline Studios account. If an account is canceled due to a policy violation the 30-money back guarantee is forfeited. No refunds will be issued. Additional fines may be assessed on a case by case basis as required by our Data hosting facility.
