Each of our Digital Skyline membership plans carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given the option of either a full refund of the amount paid towards hosting your site (excludes any setup and hourly fees) OR we can apply a generous credit to your account with the intention of improving any defect given rise to your complaint. Membership cancellations due to dissatisfaction are few and far between, and we want to be sure that we have exhausted all efforts in retaining your membership!
Fees for setting up your account, design and development will be refunded for the following reasons only:
1. the account order is canceled prior to ANY work being completed; or
2. if by act of God and/or a National Emergency, we are unable to fulfill your contract.
This policy does not apply to any additional services provided in good faith such as account overages, insufficient funds and/or returned check fees, changes in your financial circumstances, credit card processing fees, late payment fees, or any other fee above and beyond the contracted membership plan amount.
All cancellations must be received in writing as per the 30-day deadline indicated; email and fax notifications ARE acceptable delivery methods.
Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Automatic Renewals of membership contracts will be refunded only if Digital Skyline is notified 30 days prior to the expected renewal date.
No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date!
